Tulsa Company looking to hire assembler for Air Coolers

Air Cooler Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting air coolers in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow standardized work procedures to ensure high-quality production. Assemblers will work with various components such as motors, fans, evaporative pads, electrical wiring, and housing units to create finished products that meet company specifications.

Job duties include but not limited to the following :

Assembly Process :

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble air coolers accurately.
• Assemble components such as fans, motors, water pumps, evaporative pads, and casings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform electrical wiring connections where required.

Quality Control & Testing :

Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to ensure all units meet quality standards.

Equipment Handling & Maintenance :

Operate assembly line machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Workplace Safety & Compliance :

Follow all workplace safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :
