Location : Fairfield, Illinois

Status : Full-Time | 40 hrs / week + 15 On-Call Days per Month

Total Compensation which includes an wRVU Productivity Based Incentive, APP Supervision, and on-call Pay : $423,665 – $652,045                                                                                                                                                      Sign-On Bonus :   $25,000                                                                                                                                      Relocation Assistance :   $15,000                                                                                                                                    HPSA Qualified Hospital for Student Loan Forgiveness                                                                                               Free PSLF Assistance with Navigate – Potential Loan Forgiveness up to $100,000                                                          Full-time NP Support                                                                                                                                           Posting Date : October 17, 2025
