Job

Responsibilities

Providing top-quality RN nursing care in a post-acute setting, consistent with legal requirements, facility policies, and resident care plans

Working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, residents, and family members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions to residents and documenting responses

Drawing fluids as needed for lab work

Prioritizing patient safety and promoting evidence-based best practices related to infection control and fall risk, among other areas

Communicating with residents and family members, answering their questions and educating them on conditions, treatments, and healthcare options

Ensuring complete and accurate documentation in medical records

Assisting with the training and supervision of the wider nursing team

Fostering a safe and inclusive work environment

Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

Current Ohio RN license

Degree from an accredited registered nurse school (BSN preferred)

Demonstrated work experience as an RN

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to multi-task in a healthcare environment
