Accommodations Group Coordinator

As our Accommodations Group Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert behind the scenesturning group bookings into smooth, memorable stays. You'll work closely with our sales and front desk teams to confirm reservations, handle special requests, and prepare everything guests need before they arrive. What you will do as a Hotel Accommodations Group Coordinator :
- Review, verify and input contractual group booking information received from Hotel Sales, Golf Sales and Tour & Travel. This includes, but not limited to, ensuring room rates flow correctly from DELPHI to LMS, as well as verifying block numbers, room types and availability.
- Collaborate with departments listed above, and group contacts to secure rooming lists, group resumes, payments, billing information and any additional rooming requirements.
- Monitor SLACK for block changes, booking and cutoff instructions from Revenue Manager / Sales.
- Monitor inventory, resolve overbookings, and balance room blocks to ensure contractual accuracy and booking patterns.
- Posts daily EPAY payments / refunds and checks received by Finance for all groups.
- Distribute pertinent sales group details to front desks and the finance team to provide seamless guest service and accurate billing. Prepare, verify and deliver group folders to respective front desks.
- Respond to inquiries and provide direction to call center representatives as needed.
- Build room packages for sales groups within LMS as needed.
- Create Guestbook links for sales group bookings as needed.
- Create and maintain rate definitions in LMS as needed.
- Create internal room blocks for Events, Entertainment, Marketing, EXIT33, IT, Poker and Casino events. Manage rooming lists and billing as required.

Work Experience :
A high school diploma or GEDPrior LMS computer experience (required)To be able to type 30 wpm.To possess excellent communications skills.The ability to sit for long periods of time.Previous experience in Hotel Sales and Hospitality (required)The ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.To stand / walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 pounds.What we value :
