Client Support Specialist
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary duties will include processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and providing non-technical problem resolutions.
Responsibilities include :
- Enter, monitor, and track customer purchase orders.
- Process debit and credit memos.
- Maintain order information filing systems.
- Provide knowledgeable customer support for assigned products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to offer non-technical problem resolution.
- Resolve routine and basic problems, communicating solutions or requested information to customers.
- Analyze customer service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed.
- Utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
- Gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls using a computerized system.
- Promote products / services without a sales quota.
- Perform work that is routine or follows standard procedures.
- Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.

Customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdministrative support skillsCustomer support capabilitiesExperience with ERP systems, preferably QADBasic understanding of computer systems and equipmentAdditional skills and qualifications include :
High School diploma or equivalent is required.Minimum of 1 year of relevant client service experience.Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a plus.Moderate understanding of general job aspects.Familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook) and ability to operate all related equipment.Customer-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.Basic planning and problem-solving / analytical skills.Work environment is based in an office setting within a new 150,000 square foot facility known as the 'Experience Center,' which showcases all products across business lines.
Job type and location is a contract to hire position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
