Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Stow, OH

Hourly Rate : $30 - $32 / Hour

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This role involves troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, and executing repairs in a timely manner. We need someone who can work on 4 Axis up to 9 axis machines. We have Vertical, Horizontal, Mills and Lathes. We need someone with strong electrical experience. This role is open due to a few of our senior technicians looking to retire in the next year.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines including 4 Axis, 5 Axis, and 9 Axis systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to enhance machine longevity and efficiency.
• Execute repairs on malfunctioning equipment and machinery.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety procedures.
