Responsibilities

Job Purpose :

• Complete all assigned guestrooms daily.
• Vacuum / shampoo carpet / clean floors / mop room.
• Dust / polish furniture.
• Change linens and replenish all amenities for bathroom / kitchen.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and counter tops.
• Follow guidelines for proper chemical use. Do not mix chemicals and only use as instructed. Follow hotel safety standards and only use hotel approved chemicals.
• Inform Lead Supervisor or Head Housekeeper of housekeeping supplies to be ordered.
• Inform Lead Supervisor of maintenance deficiencies or mechanical problems.
• Deal with reasonable complaints / requests with professionalism and patience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
