Van Compass LLC, located in Rathdrum, ID, specializes in Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit suspension systems and exterior accessories. We are expanding our team and seeking reliable individuals for the position of Shipping Technician. The Shipping Tech is responsible for preparing and processing parcel shipments, scheduling outbound freight shipments, processing and invoicing orders accurately, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work well with others, and proficiency in using shipping tools and equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process parcel shipments for daily pickups.
• Schedule and prepare outbound freight shipments.
• Process and invoice orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure order fulfillment is done in a timely manner.
• Package inventory as needed to complete orders.
• Follow directions, stay on task, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicate any issues or problems to management
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
