The Role :

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or per diem capacity. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to do meaningful work without compromising your values.

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct thoughtful assessments and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and other team members in a way that uplifts and empowers
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical care—always
• Work with a team that values your voice, your well-being, and your clinical integrity
