Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Staff Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience design, a proven ability to execute across the full UX lifecycle, and proficiency in all industry-standard UX tools. As a UX Staff Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of user-centered digital products, from concept through implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and feasible solutions.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies and best practices throughout the design process.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for all users.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects and outcomes.Proficiency in industry-standard UX tools, such as :Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, Axure, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in Agile or cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS).Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to inform design decisions.
