About this role

Thanks for your interest in Found! Our engineering team is responsible for taking products from ideation to being used by tens of thousands of users every week. We're responsible for everything from building the product to technical operations (and everything in between such as getting better with outages, improving reliability, and reducing tech debt...)

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Reliability who knows how to balance moving fast while moving safely, understands (and loves) SLOs and SLAs, and has experience scaling systems from 1 to 10 to 100.

Some recent team accomplishments include :

• Scaling (successfully) our request volume by 100% Month over Month (every month for the last 2 years).
• Designing and launching model serving infrastructure in Google Cloud for our risk systems.
• Building and maintaining the infrastructure to support hundreds of deployments per month across a team of 30 engineers.

Compensation at Found

The anticipated salary range for this role is $181,000 - $241,000 . The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our competitive base salary is just a piece of Found's total compensation package.
