Technical Writer (Remote, IRE or US)

In this role, you will create and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging product documentation for software solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to gather information, verify technical accuracy, and ensure content meets the needs of diverse audiences. Your work will support both internal and external stakeholders, driving adoption, understanding, and effective use of products. You will have the opportunity to influence content strategy, contribute to standardization, and enhance user experience across multiple products and platforms. Strong attention to detail, a passion for technology, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are essential for success in this role.

Accountabilities :

• Research and gather technical information by interviewing subject matter experts and using products directly.
• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation including user guides, manuals, and online help.
• Test documentation against software to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Identify inconsistencies between design, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to implement an information architecture that maximizes content reuse and consistency.
• Prepare weekly status reports and manage documentation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for documentation, localization, and content management.
