Ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese food & beverage with an izakaya-inspired approach.

BARTENDER
Reporting to management / ownership, the Bartender is genuinely enthusiastic about the guest’s overall beverage experience from front end to back end, whether it's providing an outstanding cocktail during service or creating a prep sheet for a new one. They take pride in their food & beverage knowledge and are passionate hospitality professionals. They display natural showmanship, have great communication skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail and organization.
