Urgent Care Physician Assistant- Academically Affiliated Clinic | SW New York

An academically affiliated Urgent Care clinic in Southwest New York is seeking an experienced Physician Assistantto join its dedicated and collaborative care team. Located within driving distance of both Buffalo (85 miles) and Rochester (95 miles), this position offers a balance of professional fulfillment and small-town charm.

Position Highlights :

• Work 7 ten-hour shifts in two weeks (9 AM-7 : 30 PM)
• No call responsibilities
• Join a supportive team of 2 full-time and 2 per diem Advanced Providers
• 1 APP per shift with an average of 25 patients per day, plus 3-5 Occupational Medicine visits
• Typical cases include sprains, strains, flu / cold symptoms, and occupational health screens (higher acuity triaged to the Emergency Department)
• 50% adult / 50% pediatric patient mix
• EMR : Epic
