Description May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse Coordinates total nursing care for patients Participates in patient and family teaching Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR : Cerner Nurse to patient ratio : 1 to 4 / 5 Average daily patient census : 22 Requirements NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required BSN preferred This is a small community without public transport.
