Overview
The Talent HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across the talent lifecycle—including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, performance, and development. This role is strategic and hands-on, supporting the company's goal of becoming an Employer of Choice by aligning talent strategies with broader business objectives. As a member of the HR management team, the incumbent works cross-functionally with the HR operations team and CHRO to ensure seamless operations and integration of initiatives throughout the HR team. Serves as an HR Business Partner to selected business units. Reports to Chief HR Officer.
Core Responsibilities
- Attracting Talent : Develop and execute innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Build partnerships with local universities, industry associations, and community organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
- Retaining Talent : Lead efforts to deliver a high-impact onboarding experience that accelerates new hire integration and success. Analyze attrition trends and develop targeted retention strategies to reduce turnover.
- Employee Engagement & Development : Design and lead engagement activities, including employee surveys, events, and annual company gatherings. Drive initiatives that increase employee engagement and long-term commitment. Create and manage training programs for compliance, leadership, and manager development.
- Performance Management : Oversee the performance review process to align with business strategies and improve productivity and engagement.
- Data Analysis : Use workforce analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent programs.
- HRBP : Serve as an HR Business Partner for multiple business units, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent planning.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Manager, HRBP, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.2+ years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Preferred certifications : SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, PHR / SPHR, or ASTD.Seniority level
