Patient Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requests for services from members and providers, including referrals and prior authorizations

Assist clinical staff with care coordination and handle inquiries from members and providers

Provide administrative support to nursing staff and maintain system reports

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience with computers and Windows-based programs

Knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling
