Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role at K1 Speed, located in Concord, NC. The Manager will oversee daily operations, assist with staff supervision, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure facility maintenance and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing team schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining the venue, meeting sales targets, and leading team training and development initiatives to maintain high performance standards.
