We need a part-time legal assistant that must have experience with bankruptcy law, including preparation of petitions and schedules, using Best Case software, calendaring, and efiling with the Court. We use Microsoft Word and Outlook. We use Clio for case management, but that can be learned.

We can be flexible on the days and the hours.

While this position is primarily to support our bankruptcy attorney, you might also occasionally be asked to support our family law attorneys.

We are a people friendly office, which applies to everyone inside the office and everyone we work with outside the office, i.e. clients, prospective clients, attorney, trustees, and court staff.

Rate of pay : $20-$24 / hour.
