• 4-day work week (combination of surgery blocks and clinic)
• 1 : 4 call, must be within 30 mins of the hospital when on call
• Hospital employed
• Must be board eligible / board certified
• 4 other providers, 1 NP, and 1 CNM
• Varies, 20-25 patients for a full clinic day
• Cerner EMR
• Competitive base salary guaranteed
