Job descriptionPrevious Finance and Insurance experience for a minimum of 2 years. Positive-minded and highly motivated. Interest in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment. Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales. Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Top Compensation Packages. Base Pay Range
$100,000.00 / yr – $230,000.00 / yr (Estimated Compensation Range : $130,000 – $230,000 per year)
Responsibilities
- Consult with our customers on protection products to improve their ownership experience.
- Ensure all paperwork is correct before submission to the bank.
- Work with other sales managers on various daily duties.
- Structure car deals and collaborate with sales staff from start to finish.
- Assist General Manager with daily tasks and help achieve monthly goals.
- Support the Sales team with training and management of car deals.
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Deliver a WOW experience to our customers.
