Lead Java Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Java Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services for a critical digital platform

Lead backend design decisions, mentor engineers, and perform code reviews

Collaborate with product owners and DevSecOps teams to ensure best practices in API design and system reliability

Required Qualifications

6+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Java and Spring Boot

Proven ability to architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Redis

Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS GovCloud or hybrid deployments

Bachelor's Degree
