About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a recent engineering graduate with a strong technical foundation and a passion for driving projects to completion within manufacturing or industrial environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills while working closely with cross-functional teams in production, supply chain, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and production-related initiatives.
  • Track and report project KPIs (timelines, costs, quality, delivery).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks or bottlenecks, and help implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners / suppliers.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field).
  • 0–3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
  • Strong interest in project management and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to monitor progress and deliver results.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to manufacturing and supply chain processes (production flow, lead times, sourcing, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and comfortable with technical documentation.
