Job description

Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, assembly, quality, and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll drive production efficiency, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold the highest standards in safety and product quality.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet production goals and improve workflows.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
  • Collaborate with leadership, Engineering, and Sales on new products and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in operational leadership within manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies a plus.
