We are seeking to add 1-2 new team members in the role of a customer service representative, also known as a receptionist extraordinaire.

Our Customer Service Representatives are crucial to our relationships with clients and patients. They are the initial point of contact, providing a welcoming presence and establishing the trust essential to our profession.

We are seeking an individual who will seamlessly integrate into our practice culture.

Are you proficient in utilizing technology such as Snapchat and Facebook to facilitate team communication?

Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

• Learn and utilize practice software
• Schedule patients efficiently to maintain smooth operations
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls

• Generate sales leads
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods

Qualifications : Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
