Qualifications
1+ year of inside sales experience preferred1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required1+ year of customer service experience preferredAbility to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team playerA desire to understand customer needs and frustrations to build rapport over the phone and via textEffectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environmentStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Demonstrated ability in computer skills including email, CRM system & web-based toolsBenefits
