We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Howell, NJ and throughout Monmouth County . Whether you’re experienced in ABA or brand new to the field, we provide hands-on training, supportive BCBA supervision, and flexible scheduling so you can make an impact while building a career you love.

If you’re an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) , that’s a plus—but not required.

Compensation

Behavior Technician (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $24–$28 / hour

Paid onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing professional development

What You’ll Do

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home and community settings

Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Collect data and document client progress in session notes

Support clients with skill-building and behavior reduction programs

Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

Communicate regularly with families and supervisors to ensure progress

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred

RBT certification a plus — training and support provided

Reliable transportation to client homes in Monmouth County

Must pass state and federal background checks

Professional, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
