Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
• Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
• Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
• Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel points of interest and entertainment attractions.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
