Job description2-5 years Personal Insurance Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain Applied EPIC agency management system a plus Efficiency - Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort. Organized & Planning - Plans, organizes and schedules in a productive manner. Focuses on key priorities. Teamwork - Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship. Enthusiasm - Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can do attitude. Work Ethic - Possesses a strong willingness to work hard. Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including emails.

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Personal Lines Account Managers service and grow the agency book of clients by providing extraordinary service, educating the customers, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions and endorsements.
- Maintain a high retention ratio by being proactive and providing extraordinary service.
- Quote and sell new personal insurance business from incoming leads
- Look for additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
- Conduct annual account reviews.
