Job Description

Executive Support & Operations

Manage calendar, appointments, and travel logistics using Acuity and Google Calendar.
Organize business files and documents in Google Drive.
Handle scheduling, meeting notes, and task follow-through independently.
Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative systems that increase efficiency.

Brand & Content Creation

Design compelling, on-brand visuals using Canva.

Edit short-form videos, reels, and podcasts using Kapwing (or similar tools).

Manage content creation and scheduling across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Substack, YouTube, Spotify for Creators, Insight Timer, and Etsy.

Write and design Mailchimp newsletters and send them to subscribers.

Update and maintain website content through Squarespace.

Uphold the "Rock 'n' Roll Healer" brand voicebold, grounded, intelligent, and creative.

Revenue Growth & Marketing

Support sales and marketing initiatives for :

Holistic Adventure Retreats Online Courses and Digital Products

Private Mentoring Programs

Massage Therapy Services Merchandise and Collaborations

Assist in developing high-value packages and campaigns that drive conversions.

Implement systems for tracking leads, outreach, and marketing effectiveness.

Identify and pursue partnership or visibility opportunities that elevate the Pure Life Therapy brand.

Innovation & Strategy

Bring forward fresh ideas for marketing, storytelling, and client engagement.

Help refine messaging and ensure brand alignment across all platforms.

Track analytics for social media, email, and campaigns; report key insights to inform future strategies.

Must Haves

Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager, or Brand Strategist.

Advanced creative skills in Canva and Kapwing (or equivalent editing tools).

Experience with Mailchimp, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Marketing Tools.

Familiarity with Substack, Spotify for Creators, and Insight Timer platforms.

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete them with minimal supervision.

Reliable, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Passion for holistic health, wellness, and the music industry.

Home Office Requirements
