Located in Charleston, South Carolina, we provide individualized, comprehensive, year-round programming for children with disabilities through our charter school, summer camp, therapy services, and early intervention services. Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of Pattison’s Academy by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized health services to students. Reporting to the Chief Programming Officer, the RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health care for students attending our charter school and summer camp programs. This position will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee health support personnel, and liaise with families and external healthcare providers to promote the well-being of students and coordinate care. The RN will receive ongoing collaboration and oversight from Pattison’s Nurse Practitioner and MUSC partners in accordance with state nursing regulations.

Qualifications :

• Current South Carolina RN License.
• CPR / BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably with children with disabilities.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or community nursing settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
