Position Summary : We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Manager, Field Analytics & Reporting to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to field leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering actionable insights, enhancing field force effectiveness, targeting, and supporting reporting and communications that align with our mission to improve the lives of patients with rare and underserved diseases. This position blends data analysis, operational support, and internal communications to enable field excellence across Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
Responsibilities :
- Design, maintain, and deliver performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for field teams and leadership.
- Analyze sales performance, HCP engagement, call activity, and targeting effectiveness using CRM and secondary data sources.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Incentive Compensation teams to support targeting strategies and territory planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of field reporting packages.
- Develop and manage regular reporting & communication cadences (newsletters, dashboards, performance highlights) to keep field teams informed and aligned.
Education / Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics, sales operations, field reporting, or commercial communications.Additional Skills / Experience / Requirements :
The ideal candidate will embody Travere's core values : Courage, Community Spirit, Patient Focus and Teamwork.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM data, field activity, HCP targeting).Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx / SQL; Veeva CRM or Salesforce experience strongly preferred.Experience supporting rare disease, specialty, or launch brands preferred.Familiarity with field reporting, targeting, territory alignment, and call planning.Strong project management and organizational skills.Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment.Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes.Ability to travel up to 15% domestic and internationally.All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and / or onsite in San Diego.
