Description
CORE is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our Fort Lauderdale office. The PC will support assigned Project Team(s) by managing documentation and controls, ensuring all project files and information are current and well-organized.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager with monthly pay application backup and submission
- Assist with change event packaging and tracking, including owner change orders, contingency and allowance usages, and subcontractor change orders
- Support subcontract review and execution process via Bluebeam Studio Sessions
- Maintain and update the Procore directory for projects
- Update Textura Compliance and support JONES Insurance coordination
- Track and process certified payroll, when applicable
- Create and maintain Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) log; process invoices and reconcile purchase orders; Assist with MWBE tracking
- Demonstrate understanding of contracts and construction insurance requirements
- Assist the accounting team with project pre-audit preparation
- Provide general project support as needed
Pay
Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
