Experience : Minimum 2 years as a Respiratory Therapist

License : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Certifications : BLS

ACLS (Required)

NRP (Required for NICU / PICU / Peds)

PALS (Preferred for NICU / PICU / Peds)

Must-Have :

Experience with critical care including airway and ventilator management

ABG puncture and analysis

Non-invasive ventilation

Code blue and rapid response experience

Inhaled medication administration

Description :

Seeking a respiratory therapist for a critical care focused and protocol-driven team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

All candidates must possess their RRT; CRTs or Respiratory Technicians will not be accepted.

Previous adult experience is required.

If applying for NICU / PICU / Peds positions, candidates must also have relevant experience in those areas.

Ability to work with various patient types including COPD, CHF, Cystic Fibrosis, ARDS, MVA Trauma / Surgery, Pneumonia, Lung Cancer, Stroke, ALS, GBS, COVID-19, and RSV is essential.

Experience with oscillators and specific ventilator models is beneficial.

Floating to other trained units may be required.

Shift times include days and nights, with a strong possibility of night shifts.

All therapists will be expected to participate in weekend rotations.

Voluntary on-call will be available, with notice required.

Holiday assignments will be expected unless time off is approved.

Dress code allows for professional scrub colors and patterns.
