We currently have immediate positions available at our childcare center. We are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment that prioritizes children's learning and well-being. Our small center maintains a low teacher-to-child ratio to guarantee that each child receives the individualized attention they need from their caregiver.

While we prefer candidates with experience, we offer comprehensive training to all new staff members to ensure they are well-prepared to meet the needs of state licensing and the children in our care.

A High School Diploma is a requirement.

A background check is required.

Job description :

The Caregiver is responsible for the overall supervision and administration of a class of young children. The caregiver reports directly to the Director(s). These responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and quickly.
• Setting up classrooms, including space and materials.
• Communication with parents daily.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene requirements, including sanitizing the classroom and ensuring children practice hygienic practices.
• Disciplining students in a kind and effective way when appropriate.
• Supervising students and classrooms of varying sizes (4-17) and ages (6 weeks to 5 years old).
• Implementing educational activities.
• Interacting professionally with other staff.
• Participating in training, other professional development activities, and other activities required to comply with state licensing regulations.
• Completing relevant paperwork, including incident reports and other logs.
• Change diapers.
