Job Title – OT Systems Administrator

Location – On-site in Castle Rock, CO

Role Type – Direct Hire (Full-Time)

Must Have Skills :

• Server Management Expertise : Proven ability to set up, configure, and manage servers supporting SCADA environments, including paired servers across multiple plant sites.
• VMware Administration : Strong experience with VMware virtual environments, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance for reliable SCADA operations.
• Active Directory Management : Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and security policies for new and existing employees.
• SCADA Software Familiarity : Working knowledge of SCADA-related software (such as FactoryTalk and Ignition), particularly with updates, firmware management, and troubleshooting.
• Networking as a Plus : Exposure to networking (switches, communications, firewalls) to provide support for the Network Engineer when server workload is light.
