Travel Pharmacist - $1,980 per week in Kingwood, TX

Job Title : Pharmacist Profession : Pharmacy Specialty : Pharmacy Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 20 : 00 - 07 : 30 Hours per Shift : 9.5 Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Texas Pharmacist License Certifications : Sterile Compounding Certificate Must-Have : - Hospital pharmacy experience (1 year). - Vancomycin consult management experience. Description : The unit has 457 beds. The staff includes clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on both day and night shifts. The night shift consists of 3 clinical pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians. The unit uses Pyxis, DoseEdge, Kitcheck, and Vigilanz EMR Meditech equipment. Candidates should have experience in attending codes for cardiac arrest, stroke, STEMI, and trauma. Experience in antimicrobial stewardship is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is friendly and enjoys talking with others. Candidates must adhere to the attendance policy and meet scheduling commitments. Weekend shifts are required, with a rotation of 7 on and 7 off every other weekend. The primary responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care and consultations to the medical staff.
