We’re seeking a Certified Community Association Manager to join our growing team. You’ll oversee a portfolio of communities with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive mindset—ensuring smooth operations, strong board relations, and happy homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associationsAttend and facilitate board and annual meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutesPrepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve plansOversee vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and compliance enforcementSupport ARC review processes, homeowner inquiries, and community communicationsEnsure compliance with governing documents, ORS 94 and applicable lawsFoster strong relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-throughQualifications
CMCA certification required, or ability to obtain within six months of hireAMS certification preferred (or in active pursuit)Minimum 2 years of HOA or property management experienceStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in HOA management software (Vantaca, AppFolio, or similar)Knowledge of HOA operations, budgets, and Oregon statutesHealth and Wellness
