Job Description

• Design Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess individual needs and craft tailored therapy strategies that empower patients in reaching their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families : Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on track
