Job descriptionSuccessful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Ability to work independently and manage time well. Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals. Masters degree in counseling or related field, and license eligible We recognize the importance of self-care and work / life balance. We offer flexibility in scheduling and provide all employees access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which includes 8 mental health counseling sessions annually. What will I be doing?
- Providing individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families
- Working with individuals and families in the outpatient office setting, as well as meeting them where they are in the community.
- Crisis intervention and treatment planning
- Fully licensed therapists may assist with oversight of clinical service provision for the team.
