iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Glenwood Springs, CO is located directly within the Rocky Mountains, as the town sits at the confluence of the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers on the western slope of the range.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience as a CVOR nurse, proficient in both scrubbing and circulating during cardiovascular procedures
  • Current Colorado RN license or Compact license valid for Colorado
  • BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
  • At least 2 years of high-volume intraoperative CVOR nursing experience
  • Ability to care for cardiovascular patients before, during, and after surgery

    • Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience working in hybrid cath labs or advanced surgical environments
  • Knowledge of the latest cardiovascular technologies and procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced setting

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed and certified to practice in Colorado
  • Minimum of two years' recent CVOR experience in a high-volume setting
  • Familiarity with hybrid lab environments and cardiovascular surgical techniques

    • Other Requirements :

  • Mandatory flu vaccination with no exemptions
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid cath lab setting, not the general OR
