Are you a people-first HR leader ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a growing organization in Indianapolis and take ownership of key HR functions that drive culture, compliance, and organizational success.
What You'll Do :
Lead day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Manage performance review processes and support leadership in coaching and employee development.
Oversee payroll and HRIS functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and HR compliance.
Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive employee engagement.
