What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site protocols.Support emergency response activities as directed, following established procedures for the location.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.Interact with employees, visitors, and / or contractors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.What We're Looking For :
