Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site protocols. Support emergency response activities as directed, following established procedures for the location. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management. Interact with employees, visitors, and / or contractors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol
As a Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible, supporting a welcoming environment.
