Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our two office floors in Las Olas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office areas, including desks, windows, meeting rooms, kitchens, and break / snack stations
• Empty & dispose of trash and recycling from all office bins.
• Vacuum, mop, and dust office spaces, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
• All supplies including vacuum and broom would be provided by the company.
• Assist in cleaning after parties such as birthday, breakfast and lunch events (as needed)
• Conduct light maintenance and report any facility issues to management.
• Perform end-of-day vacuuming after 5 : 30pm.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols, maintaining equipment in good condition.
