Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily medical services for the facility

Manage sick calls, treatments, and follow-up care

Maintain compliance with care plans and regulations

Provide clinical support and mentorship to team members

Liaise with providers and facility leadership

Oversee documentation, scheduling, and essential administrative duties
