Job Opportunity: Mix & Blend Operator

Aclient of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Mix & Blend Operator to their team.

Permanent opportunities after completing contractual hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform batch production function, including setting up equipment and process system, stage ingredients according to batch sheet, mix and blend ingredients as per batch sheet,
• Monitor and correct process parameters as needed
• Monitor process controls sterilizer system
• Perform in process tests to verify product quality
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required.
• Unload tankers and manage tank farm.
• Maintain appropriate documentation

Requirements:

• Work effectively with minimal supervision, paying attention to detail and using independent judgment.
• Possess strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communicate clearly with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
• Perform basic math operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Demonstrate self-direction, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Set up basic technology systems, including database configuration and defaults.
• Frequently lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push up to 300 pounds, and pull up to 500 pounds.

Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, e/o Saturday, 6PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $20/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential

NOTE: This position concludes in July 2026. Candidates who remain active through the end of the month will be eligible for four weeks of pay, plus a $1,000 bonus for each month worked, upon transition to a regular employee.
