The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $26.88 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist and under general supervision, you will be responsible for running Accounts Payable processes for assigned markets and departments in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and validity of expenditure.

This job may be performed remotely anywhere within the Twin Cities (MN) metropolitan area . This job requires one day per week in the St. Louis Park, MN support center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

(80%) Accounts Payable Functions

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Process vendor P-card payments and reconcile statements monthly
• Audit team member P-card statements and out of pocket reimbursement requests accurately and timely
• Maintain monthly checklists to record appropriate accruals
• Complete onboarding / offboarding processing of new / closing locations
• Answer vendor and internal inquiries

(15%) Team Support

(5%) Other tasks and projects as assigned
