Job description

Compensation from $13 to $14 / hour - plus additionaldifferential!

Status / Shift : Part Time Day, PRN

Rotating Weekendsand Holidays

Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry

Skills / Experience :

  • Previous experience working with older adults preferred
  • Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and as a team

    • Expectations :

  • Assists residents in all activities of daily living and independent activities of daily living
  • Responds to all resident requests for assistance and / or call bells
  • Observes residents and reports changes in condition to the appropriate team members
  • Communicates and documents services provided to residents
  • Performs basic care procedures
  • Assists with transportation of residents to outside appointments
  • Initiates and completes appropriate resident activities
  • May assist with mealtimes
