We are hiring an on-callperson to cover shifts across our 24 / 7 operations.Shiftsmay include6 : 30 AM to 3 PM, 2 : 30 PMto 11 PM, or 10 : 30 PM to 7 AMon weekdays and weekends. This role is specifically needed to cover any callouts on the aforementionedshiftsand for holiday and / or PTO coverage. You will have as much advanced notice of your shiftas possible.This hourly position starts at $21.00 per hour, depending on your experience.

The Job

Reporting to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, you will provide a high level of customer service to adults (clients) living on the property, ensuring they have what they need while following the lead of your supervisor and the requirements of the role. You will act professionally and appropriately in all of your client interactions, being friendly and helpful, but not a friend. You'll never directly correct clients, but will observe and report as required.

Daily, you will perform a variety of tasks including a good deal of housekeeping (e.g., doing dishes after meals, taking laundry up and down the stairs, driving the van for shopping trips, transport, emergencies, etc., and facilitating activities).
