New Client Intake Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish) - Mental Health

Location : McKinney, TX (On-site only)

Compensation : $18 / hour base + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Next STEPS Worldwide is a rapidly growing outpatient clinic specializing in psychological, therapeutic, and nutrition services. With over 30 locations and continued expansion across state lines, we deliver innovative, client-centered care with a holistic approach.

Our New Client Scheduling & Care Navigation Team is at the heart of this mission. As the first voice a new client hears, you will guide individuals-many of whom were referred by hospitals, medical providers, or insurance networks-toward the best possible clinical starting point. That starting point is often a psychological assessment, which is crucial to developing an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan.

This position is ideal for someone who is service-driven with strong sales instincts, able to engage in meaningful conversations about clinical fit, financial investment, and value of care.

What You'll Do :

• Engage with new clients via phone, email, or web inquiries-most referred by insurance or medical providers
• Explain the purpose and value of psychological assessments versus starting with therapy
• Use consultative, solution-focused communication to match clients with the right service
• Guide clients through fee structures and confidently discuss out-of-pocket costs or insurance coverage
• Overcome objections with empathy, clarity, and a focus on long-term client outcomes
• Schedule assessments and ensure clients feel informed and supported
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and scheduling platforms
• Collaborate with intake advisors, clinical teams, and billing for a seamless handoff
